Climate change, pandemics, environmental and agricultural challenges made food security a constant concern globally and locally. Access, distribution, stability and affordability are some of the factors that affect this issue. We all want to achieve sufficient, safe, fresh and nutritious food that caters not only to our health but our modern lifestyle. Given this, I discovered an opportunity to live my purpose further in the agri-tech space fueled by my passion for farmland development. And like any evolving business and advocacy, innovation plays a big role in moving a vision forward that will produce exponential results in our lives – this lead me to design and develop an End-to-End Farming Solution through the Favela Aquaponics Technology, Farm@Market (Aquaponics Farm Solution) and Fat Greens (Farm-to-Kitchen Services) – an economic, flexible and scalable integrated farming system that grows leafy vegetables and fish on either urban or rural areas easily, efficiently, cost-effectively and sustainably. Furthermore, this technology reduces processing and distribution problems. 

We all need to collaborate to solve the increasing awareness of food security and make a difference whether you are a landowner, a corporate entity, a non-government organization, a real estate developer or simply a person or family who value fresh, safe, affordable and healthy food. And with my expertise in asset management combined with this farming innovation, I intend to be a strong part of the solution because it is possible to have an effective source of food and enable anyone the ability to farm anywhere.
